1. About LambKin

LambKin is a mobile application that helps parents and caregivers track child habits, activities, feeding, sleep, and developmental milestones. LambKin also provides AI-powered guidance features and intelligent scheduling tools designed to support — not replace — professional pediatric care. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LambKin, including the mobile application and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age to create a LambKin account. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Ensuring that any collaborators you invite to your account are authorized by you • Providing accurate information when setting up child profiles You may not share your account with others without using the built-in collaborator feature. You must notify us immediately at support@lambkin.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

LambKin offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription ("LambKin Pro") with full access to all features. Free Trial: If you start a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges. Auto-Renewal: Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then. Refunds: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@lambkin.app within 30 days of the charge. Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Their respective refund policies also apply.

5. Data & Privacy

LambKin collects and stores data including account information, child profiles, activity logs, and conversations with the AI advisor. This data is used to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your children's data for advertising purposes. Data entered about children is stored securely and is only accessible to your account and any collaborators you explicitly invite. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the Settings screen. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy (available at lambkin.app/privacy). The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you input into LambKin, including notes, activity logs, and child profile information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to LambKin, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that your User Content: • Does not violate any applicable law or regulation • Does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party • Does not contain harmful, abusive, or illegal content

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use LambKin to: • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means • Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent • Impersonate any person or entity • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LAMBKIN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES • ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING HEALTH OR MEDICAL INFORMATION • ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE IN NO EVENT SHALL LAMBKIN'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LAMBKIN IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by: • Sending a notification through the app, or • Emailing the address associated with your account, or • Displaying a prominent notice within the Service Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
